Miss Charlotte
iss Charlotte began dancing at the age of 5 at Tanya Pearson’s Dance Academy in Sydney. In 2011, she continued her dance training with Dance First Academy partaking in multiple styles of dance, RAD ballet exams and competing in competitions for over 5 years as part of a troupe and as a soloist.
For two consecutive years, Miss Charlotte was awarded the Senior dancer of the year award with Dance First Academy. In 2017, she received an examiner’s choice award at an intensive RAD ballet course with McDonald’s College. Additionally, as a soloist at Nationals in 2017, Charlotte achieved to be the Elite National Champion receiving the 1st place overall award and the highest scoring overall teen award.
Miss Charlotte holds her Advanced Diploma of Professional Dance with Dargie Entertainment majoring in Acrobatics (lyra and contortion). Alongside this training, she worked on the Dargie Agency as a professional dancer gaining experience in performing at Vivid Sydney, Carnival Row S2 Premiere immersive dinner, Doltone House Western Sydney opening event, Sydney’s Firefly Festival, Ten Pound Poms Stan TV series and performing as a soloist at the product launch for Mondeal’s Aesthetics company.
From her training Miss Charlotte has shared her knowledge and skills teaching 3 year olds through to young adults. She has a high level of experience teaching acrobatics, RAD ballet syllabus, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hiphop, strength + conditioning and technique. Miss Charlotte has a keen interest in competition troupes and soloists and successfully preparing and supporting them for competitions!
Miss Charlotte is a very driven and enthusiastic dancer and has a keen passion for sharing her knowledge by actively mentoring and coaching all of her students to the best of their ability.
