Miss Bonnie ARAD

Miss Bonnie is your Radiance Studio Director. Bonnie has a passion and love of teaching dance to students of all ages, and believes dancing is the best way to grow up and the skills it can teach you will last you a lifetime! Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance performance (Distinction), Royal Academy of Dance Advanced Two (Distinction), Acrobatic Arts and Pilates Matwork teaching certifications, Bonnie has delved into many aspects of dance from performing internationally to teaching students all over Queensland. Bonnie received her early training with Kimberley Bennett-Woodger and Elsie Seguss OAM. Bonnie then went on to work with choreographers/mentors such as; Csaba Buday, Zaimon Vilmanis, Lucas Jervies, Jason Duff, Wendy Laraghy, Matthew Lawrence and Amy Hollingsworth. Performing throughout France and China on two occasions, as well as secondments and successful acceptance into Sydney Dance Companies pre-professional year, Bonnie has a vast knowledge of ballet and contemporary dance.  As well as performing, Bonnie has choreographed on numerous occasions for The Australian School of The Arts and was a registered Kinderballet teacher from 2016 - 2018.  Bonnie was recently awarded Sheldon College's 'Young Alumnus of the Year' award for her dedication and commitment to dance education. 

Miss Bonnie has a keen interest in dance for the Under 5 age group and is passionate about delivering fun, imaginative and creative classes to the next generation of dancers to come. Bonnie has further developed her teaching for this age group by attending numerous seminars on early childhood learning.  She endeavours to make Radiance a studio where all are welcome and each and every student is nurtured to be the best dancer they can be in a positive, respectful and inclusive environment. 

Miss Bonnie promotes strong technical training with a foundation and emphasis on enjoyment and self discipline. Dance is a beautiful way to express yourself and she loves nothing more than watching the quietest students come out of their shell and dance with confidence.

Miss Taylor

Miss Taylor loves to share her passion and dedication for dance with her students. Learning from the age of 3 and teaching for the past 7 years, Taylor is a Comdance (CSTD) Full member and is a registered Acrobatic Arts Module 1 teacher. In addition Taylor has undertaken further dance teaching study by attending Lisa Howell's workshops in Brisbane delving into safe dance practice and physiotherapist information specific to dance. 


Taylor has great experience in all dance styles including Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Singing, Contemporary, Lyrical and Hip Hop. Her performance credits include many winning eisteddfods, the Stefan’s Hair Show and Coffee Club Telethon Ball performing alongside stars including Taylor Henderson and Nathaniel. 


Taylor loves to teach both children and adults to which she wishes to pass on her passion for dance by bringing fun, creativity and discipline to her lessons. Teaching across the Brisbane region, she enjoys the inspiration students have for her choreography.

Taylor heads up our Tiny Tot Program and brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes for the younger years age groups. Taylor inspires, nurtures and develops students love for dance and is adored by our little dancers!

Miss Bridget

Acrobatics Arts Certified Teacher
Certificate IV in Dance

Acrobatics, Jazz and Strength/Conditioning Teacher

Miss Bridget is an Acrobatic Arts certified teacher and has been dancing and training in gymnastics since she was 6 years old. Bridget has successfully competed in state championships for gymnastics and studied dance full-time with RAW Company in 2013. Since 2009 she has been training competition level gymnasts at Mossman & District Gymnastics Club in Sydney. Bridget has taught beginner, intermediate and advanced acrobatics to all ages including an acro class she created herself for adults. She has completed flick and saulto workshops in the past as well as training in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and HipHop. Bridget's Jazz & Acrobatic classes are upbeat, positive and enjoyable for all with a particular focus on correct technique and safe progressions.

Bridget has extensive knowledge in the genre of acrobatics and looks forward to helping her Radiance Acrobatics students achieve their goals in a motivating, safe and positive environment!

Miss Ruby-Ray

Performance Team Program 

Miss Ruby-Ray’s love for dance started at Top Performer’s here in Brisbane at the age of 6. She studied Ballet (RAD), Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary (ATOD) with Pamela Le-Ray Toso until she went on to continue her studies at Australian Dance Performance Institute. After graduating with her Diploma in Art, Ruby-Ray went to the New Zealand School of Dance to further her Contemporary Studies. Throughout her younger years of training, her highlights included performing with the Ballet Theatre of Queensland, dancing in the World of Wearable Art 25th Anniversary in Wellington NZ and competing in the ATOD Australasian Scholarships.   


Miss Ruby-Ray is grateful for the opportunity to have completed her ATOD Teaching Certificate while she was in High School.  This aided in developing her purpose and vision in wanting to have a positive impact on the younger generation through dance, movement and mindfulness.


Miss Ruby-Ray has performed for the past three years onboard Celebrity Cruises and Norwegian Creative Studios. She is now delighted to be home and facilitating the students of Radiance Dance Academy to reach their full potential.  She honours her values of integrity, resilience and self-confidence and can’t wait to bring these values and her knowledge into the studio! Miss Ruby looks forward to seeing all her Radiance dancers soon!

Miss Mel

Associate Diploma of Dance (QUT)


Musical Theatre, Singing and Acrobatics Teacher

Miss Mel is an experienced Singing, Dancing & Acting performer and teacher. She holds an Associate Diploma in Dance from QUT and knowledge of the AMEB Music syllabus. Miss Mel has performed in many shows such as Harvest Rain’s Oklahoma, The Production Companies “Crazy for You”& “Follies”.


Mel has performed upon Princess Cruise Lines "Tahitian Princess" as a Singer and Dancer. Miss Mel brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes and adores teaching children of all ages. Miss Mel heads our Musical Theatre program as well as teaching Acrobatics. 


Miss Mel looks forward to welcoming many young singers and dancers into her Radiance classes!

Miss Sophia

Sophia has had a passion and love for Acrobatics since a young age. Sophia is a highly qualified teacher holding her Acrobatics Arts Module 1 & 2 teacher certification, Acrodance Pre school certification, Aerial Arts Hoop and the Alixa Flexibility module 1 & 2 teaching certification. Sophia currently freelance teaches students from all over Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and prides herself on delivering fun, safe and positive acrobatics classes to students of all ages. Miss Sophia is thankful for this opportunity to help each and every one of her students achieve their dreams.

Miss Sophia looks forward to nurturing her students love for acrobatics and dance throughout classes each week!


Miss Lucy

Classical Extension Program and Private Lesson Teacher 

Lucy trained at the Australian Ballet school and the Queensland Ballet Pre-Professional program before becoming a Queensland Ballet Jette Parker Young Artist in 2019. In her earlier years, Lucy was awarded a Silver Medal at the prestigious Genée International Ballet Competition in Lisbon and was Top 12 Junior Female at the Youth American Grand Prix in New York City. Lucy was awarded the Young Artist Artistry Award in 2019 whilst apart of the Jette Parker Young Artist program. 

In 2020, Lucy joined the Queensland Ballet Company performing in productions such as The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker and Giselle to name a few.

As well as being a very accomplished classical ballet dancer Lucy holds a Diploma in Counselling and Certificate IV in Fitness. Lucy is passionate about training young dancers in a safe, positive and holistic environment to assist them to reach their full potential! 

Lucy will be teaching our Classical Extension Program in 2022!

Miss Ebony 

Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, HipHop, Stretch/Strength

Currently studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education 

Ebony started dancing at the age of 3 with the Kerri Moore school of Ballet in Victoria and began her competing at the age of five. After placing second in her very first competition at the prestigious South Street eisteddfod, Ebony was captured by the excitement of the stage and dived headfirst into dance. She began learning Tap and Jazz at the age of 6 at Lyn Johns Academy, but would soon move to Sydney to Phoenix Dance Studios and pick up Contemporary. This is where Ebony began student teaching and fell in love with helping students grow their dancing. After just 2 short years at Phoenix, Ebony won Dancer of the Year. Ebony then moved with her family to the Sunshine Coast to Encore Performing Arts where she began learning and competing in new styles, such as Hip-Hop and Lyrical. It was here that Ebony also completed her British Ballet Organisation exams. Upon graduating high school, Ebony was accepted into a diploma of Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance with the Australian Dance Performance Institute. Ebony has freelanced for studios across Brisbane and had also choreographed for the University of Queensland.


Ebony is very excited to begin a new chapter at Radiance! She looks forward to warmly welcoming you all into her classes in 2022!

Miss Rebecca

Comdance (CSTD) Teaching Diploma

Rebecca has been dancing since the age of 5 and is a fully trained dancer and teacher across multiple genres including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Lyrical & Musical Theatre.
Rebecca holds her Teaching Diploma with The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD). She also trained Full-time at one of Australia’s Leading Performing Arts Academies "Conroy Performing Arts College". 
Rebecca has taught and choreographed for multiple studios across Brisbane and enjoys sharing her love of dance with the students that she teaches.

Most recently, Rebecca has returned from a 12 month contract teaching students in Hong Kong. Rebecca prides herself on creating a warm, nurturing environment for her students to be the best dancers they can be while having fun and developing their technique. 


Miss Rebecca looks forward to welcoming many Radiance dancers into her classes each week at our Holland Park and Windsor/Wilston studios!

Miss Adelaide 

Diploma of Performing Arts (Dance)

Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary Teacher 

Miss Adelaide has a strong passion for dance and graduated full-time training with a Diploma of Performing Arts (Dance) from Brent Street in Sydney, where she was lucky enough to train under some of the best teachers and performers in the country. Adelaide’s training and knowledge covers a wide variety of genres. She comes from a strong technical background, having completed the highest level of RAD ballet and CSTD jazz examinations and received a well-rounded dance education through Attitude Dance Academy (previously Project Movement). Most recently Adelaide has had the opportunity to perform at Sydney Mardi Gras and Rangebow Festival. She is also currently in rehearsals for a show with Vibe Creative. Adelaide aims to share the knowledge and that she gains as she continues her journey in the dance industry with her students and open their eyes to all of the wonderful lessons that dance teaches us and the opportunities that it can bring. Miss Adelaide looks forward to nurturing a love of dance in her Radiance students!

The teaching staff are assisted by Miss Lyn in the area of office management.  With an extensive career in project management, human resource administration and customer services from across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, Miss Lyn capably assists parents with a broad range of administrative matters.
